法规要求

偶氮是环保要求的必检项目之一，检验方法有以下两种:气相色谱及质谱联用法(GC-MSD)及高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。标准规定被检产品中不得含有24种偶氮染料中间体，若检出其中一种即为不合格产品，其*为要求如下:
GB 18401-2010中可分解致癌芳香胺染料:禁用(*值≤20mg/kg);
GB 20400-2006中规定可分解有害芳香胺染料:≤30mg/kg(23种禁用芳香胺)
REACH(Registration，Evaluation， Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)Annex 17 entry 43中规定:禁止的22种致癌芳香胺(*值≤30mg/kg);
OEKO-TEX®standard 100 Appendix 4 中规定: not used(*值≤20mg/kg)
日本劳动卫生福利部(MHLW)通过修订"家用产品有害物质管控法案"，将24种偶氮染料列为有害污染物，并进行管控。此法案将于2016年4月1日正式生效(*值≤30mg/kg)。

测试标准
